The Beginning
Here we go… within the past year my life has been a whirlwind of change and new life experiences. This past weekend I had two days to relax and start to think about how my life has changed, absolutely for the better, but changes nonetheless. With this time of reflection, I decided that at least once a week I will try something new and here is where I will share my experience with you all!
This week’s new experience is writing a blog post for the first time. In this post is a bit of a get to know me. I’m a born and raised Jersey girl, Central Jersey does exist, that’s where I’m from. I love my family, I have an older brother and a younger sister; my parents are divorced. I work in the hospitality industry, it’s as close as I have come to traveling the world. At the end of this month I’m going back to college to complete an associate degree in Hotel, Restaurant, Institution Management and begin pursing a certificate in Event Planning and Meeting Management. Ever since I was a little girl all I wanted to be was a Disney princess, didn’t we all? Well, I got to be Cinderella before the ball 3 years ago when I worked for Disney as a Disney College Program Cast Member, I was a Mousekeeper. I love dogs and being outside, at least when it’s warm out. My boyfriend Matt keeps me balanced with both feet on the ground.
So welcome to my new life experiences journey, I can’t wait to see what next week brings, here’s to a positive and loving week.
